Frame Manual Assembly Instructions
Unlock and remove the seat. Assemble the Rear Support Bars 2-Person Assembly Recommended 1. Locate the right (8) and left (9) support bars and the rear support lateral bar (10). Insert the rear support lateral bar into the square slots on the rear support side bars. Install the Rear Support Bars 1. Carefully flip the truck body on its back for easier assembly (use a soft surface to avoid any scratches or damage). Slide the assembled rear support bars into the square holes on the back of the truck body.
Install the Rear Wheel Axle 1. Locate the rear wheel axle (11). Remove the protective sleeve from the axle. Remove the lock nut and washer from both sides of the rear axle. Note: if unable to locate lock nut and washer, they may be stuck in the protective sleeve. Install the Gear Boxes 1. With the truck body still on its back, locate the two holes on either side of the truck body with the white gearbox connector and yellow gearbox connector.
Insert the gearbox wire into the hole on the truck body. Slide the left gear box (1) onto the rear axle with the white gears facing out until it sits completely in the gear box bracket and the silver cylindrical end fits completely into the hole that leads to the battery compartment. Assemble the Rear Wheels Helpful Tip: If you encounter trouble fitting both wheels onto the rear axle, then your rear wheel axle may need to be realigned. Remove both wheels from the rear wheel axle. Using two hands, push down on the rear wheel axle and slide it gently toward the side of the vehicle that needs more room.

Match the plastic inserts on the dashboard with the four slots on the truck body and insert into the truck body at a 45 degree angle. Attach the Steering Rod 1. Carefully flip the truck body on its back for easier assembly (use a soft surface to avoid any scratches or damage). Locate the steering rod (25).
Insert the straight end of the steering rod into the steering rod hole on the underside of the dashboard. Assemble the Steering Wheel Helpful Tip: DO NOT mix old and new batteries Have one person hold the steering DO NOT mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rod in place to prevent it from sliding down while the other person rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. Attach the Doors Truck frame post 1. Align the doors with the interior facing the inside of the truck. Position the hole on the door over the hole on the truck body and slide the post on the bottom of the door into the hole on the truck body side. Attach the Tailgate / Wheel Covers 1.
Keeping the tailgate horizontal, align the tailgate with the holes on the truck bed. Once the tailgate is completely aligned with the slots on the bed, lift the bed door up until it clicks into place.
Battery Attachment 1. Attach the battery connector to the engine connector. Place the connectors and wires in the battery compartment. Before using the truck for the first time, the battery needs to be charged for a full 24 hours. Attach the Seat 1.
